bootpd problems

To the guy (sorry your mail is at home) with bootpd and SIOCSARP problems,
check that you have the correct include files. Normally the include
files in /usr/include/linux are symlinks to the ones in /usr/src/linux
but you may have some old ones left over from a previous Linux install.

It should be:

	#define	SIOCSARP   0x8955
