Etherboot-4.1pre8 released

Etherboot-4.1pre8 has been released in both tar.gz and tar.bz2 formats
at the Web site www.slug.org.au/etherboot/

New in this release are:

+ A driver for the 3c905b contributed by Greg Beeley.

+ Patches for BIOSes that use a bit of memory at the top of 640k, and
support for BIOSes that don't implement BIOS32 correctly or at all,
both contributed by Alex Nemirovsky

+ Improvements in the boot promoting at the beginning, suggested by
Günter Knauf.

+ General improvements in the Makefile.

There are some more patches I have to merge but I thought it was better
to make a release now so that you can provide feedback.
