New netboot version

Hello,

I just uploaded netboot version 0.5.4 onto sunsite. It should soon
appear at the usual place in /pub/Linux/system/Linux-boot, and on
all sunsite mirrors. Besides fixing some minor bugs the new version
brings these new features:

- all mknbi and utility programs can now be compiled and run under
  Solaris on SPARC systems
- the freeze algorithm has been put into the bootrom utility pro-
  grams so that it's no longer necssary to have the freeze program
  to compress the bootrom
- the bootrom sources have been changed to work with the latest
  version 0.12.0 of the Dev86 toolkit - no patching of as86 neces-
  sary anymore
