A 27512 should be mostly compatible with a 27256. The only difference is in pin 1, which is Vpp for 27256 and A15 for 27512. Your best bet is probably just concatenating four copies of the image, burn it into the 64k EPROM and then set your card to 16kB mode. This should work, because a 27128 uses pin 27 as /PGM whereas the bigger EPROMs map A14 to this pin.
