tiny printer daemon

Hi,

I wrote a tiny non-spooling printer daemon suitable for diskless Linux
computers. I will add it to the contrib/ of the next etherboot-4.0pre.
For now you can get it at:

Please send me your bug reports, comments, enhancements, requests,
etc and I will submit to Sunsite as a separate package also later.
