Changes between pre7 and pre8:

Made ANSIESC work for Etherboot/16. Config comments fixed.

Fixed Makefile and Config files (I think) for older binutils.

Some fixes for Etherboot/32's 3c503 driver from Jim Hague.

Missing first_c.c in mknbi-linux fixed.

HTML errors in index.html fixed.

Thanks to all who helped test pre7.
