Is the file you are referring to 3C90X.COM in the NWCLIENT directory? If so, this is NOT a packet driver, it is 3COM's ODI driver for the 3C905b, to be loaded after lsl and before Netware's ODI/IPX drivers ... The driver is 62Kb, hence your "> 64kb" error message from "make bootrom". The driver would not work anyway as it is not a packet driver. As gero said, the packet driver for 3C905b won't be ready until 3Q98 - according to 3COM.
