It is netboot-0.7.2.  The packet driver is the one from Crynwyr.

The card is on-board the motherboard using the Intel SB82558B chip.
Actually the motherboard and NIC card boot fine after going thru the slow TFTP
process.  The motherboard is ASUS SP98-N.

BTW, does anyone know if the card has some sort of Flash memory to load
netboot in?
