Try removing the extra zero's. That might help.

If you use etherboot's buildin support for booting from blockdevices,
then you have to specify the filename as starting with
'/dev/'. Otherwise, you can build an image with mknbi-blkdev and name
it 'hda1' (I guess, this is what you did).
I am a little confused that you are seeing this problem. I don't see
anything obviously wrong with the code. If you feel like programming
assembly code, you can put debugging code into mknbi-blkdev/first.S
(somewhere around line 251).
