This one works for me (loading bootimage little slow, but that can be due to my LAN topology - to be checked later). Tip is: on prompt Enter command line arguments for network driver: give packet driver interrupt as this packet driver needs one. I've used 0x62 as answer to this question. This one puts cost of X terminal in $300 class for me (Cyrix based MB).
