Third netboot preview

Hello,

some people recently reported an "Error 11" message with the latest
0.9.0b netboot bootrom. This problem is not directly a bug in the
source code but caused by the optimizer of the C compiler. Since this
is a serious error, I've released a new preview version:

	http://www.han.de/~gero/netboot/files/netboot-0.9.0c.tar.gz

It also contains some of the documentation updates for the final 0.9
release, and support for Wake-on-LAN.
