invalid header with FreeBSD Server

Moin,

i have an NC with Linux (netboot 0.7x) and an Bootserver with FreeBSD
2.2.5. I want boot a Linux System. When I startup the NC it shows
"ERROR: invalid header". What does it mean? How can I fix this?
