If you try to load the generated image.flo, the image.flo-setup code wants
to load all but the first sector of its code from the floppy, which will not
work; so you need a slightly modified image.flo with a special setup code,
that loads the remaining part from anywhere from the disk (the first
cylinder of your disk should be nearly free; but don't overwrite your
partition table.....)
