D_LINK DC-530 bootrom not recognized

I tried to boot a D-Link PCI card DE_530 with a 32k  ROM. But this is
not recognized.
Trying  any 16K ROM from other NICS  on the D_LINK Card  will be found.

Does anybody hav an idea to get a packet driver for the DEC 21x4 chipset
with will fit
into a 16k ROM.
