Hello! I am trying to upgrade all our 70 RedHat-5.0 Diskless workstations to RH6.0 and at the same time change fileserver from RH5.1 to RH6.0 with knfsd. But unfortunatly I have some problems. Is it anyone that use RH6.0 diskless with success (with RH6 fileserver?)? Fileserver RH6.0 with 2.2.10 and linux-2.2.2-nfslck2.patch as suggested by Matthew Grant. The patch solved my first problem, ypbind. Now I have another problem: When I do /etc/rc.d/init/atd stop I get the message Stopping at daemon: NFS: can't silly-delete run/.nfs001a38580000000a, error=-13 and the 0 byte file /var/run/.nfs001a38580000000a suddenly exists. Every time I do that I get a new 0 byte file with almost the same name. I have isolated the problem a little. If I do /etc/rc.d/init/atd start and then killall -TERM atd I get the same problem. Killall -KILL atd don't! Some ideas?
