Etherboot 4.2.6 released

I have released Etherboot 4.2.6 at www.slug.org.au/etherboot. The major
changes in this release are:

+ Jim McQuillan provided changes to support the SMC1211, which uses the
RTL8139 chip.

+ mklnim updated for RedHat 6.0.
