Etherboot 4.2.7 released

I have released Etherboot 4.2.7 at www.slug.org.au/etherboot

The changes for this one are:

+ mkfreedosnbi utility for building tagged images from FreeDOS floppies.

+ Updates to the documentation.

+ Use PNG for web page logo instead of GIF.
