Bootrom for 3c905

I have successfully implemented netboot on my Redhat 6.0 system.  I have
an Intel SE440BX-2 w/PII and a 3Com 3c905B NIC card.  I've got
everything ironed out using floppy (image.flo).  I am now ready to burn
the boot ROM onto a chip.  I have the Atmel AT29C010A 32K EEPROM and
programmed the image.rom onto it using my I/O programmer using absolute
binary format.  However, using netboot romcheck, the ROM image does not
appear in memory.  Any thoughts appreciated.
