Etherboot 4.2.8 released

I have released Etherboot 4.2.8 at www.slug.org.au/etherboot/

Changes in this release include:

+ FreeBSD build and loading support contributed by Doug Ambrisko. Thanks!

+ A fix to a midnight rollover bug discovered by Matt Hortman.
