BOOTP/DHCP record is missing???

hi

 I'm trying to boot a linux kernel diskless, using etherboot as
bootprom, But So far, all i get is BOOTP/DHCP record is missing. I have
checked all available dokumentation, but can't find anything about it...

 mknbi-linux is from netboot 0.9

 Anyone that can come with a clue?
