I have released Etherboot 4.2.9 at www.slug.org.au/etherboot/

NT-Diskless-Terminal HOWTO by Pavel Tkatchouk.

Snapshot of H. Peter Anvin's rewrite of tftp.

Cleaned up ELF and a.out image loading support, not FreeBSD specific now.

Various small code and documentation fixes.
