Hello! I want to use RH6.1 both as diskless client and NFS-root-fileserver, but I have some trouble. My intention is to use Redhat-default as far as possible. The problem is that ypbind will not start. I had the same problem with RH6.0. Message <http://harlie.han.de/~gero/netboot/archive/msg01812.html> hints about linux-2.2.2-nfslck2.patch and I finally got it to work with RH 6.0. It is unfortunatly impossible to apply this patch to kernel-2.2.12 after redhats patches. Any suggestions?
