Etherboot 4.2.10 released

I have put Etherboot 4.2.10 at http://www.slug.org.au/etherboot/

Changes include:

Contributed Linux utility for manipulating 3c90x Flash PROM.

Reduced Etherboot/32 footprint by 1kB+, important for RTL8139 users.

start32.S can be assembled with gas >= 2.9.5; see RELNOTES.

Updated p910nd to version 0.3.

Removed FlashCard design from distribution to reduce file size as it's
of limited interest. Can be fetched separately, see URL above.
