Etherboot 4.2.10 and bootp extension file

Those of you using bootp extension files and finding that 4.2.10 won't
handle all the data might want to add -DINTERNAL_BOOTP_DATA to CFLAGS
in src-32/Config. It reverts to the location for the bootp data used in
4.2.9, at the expense of a larger footprint, which probably shouldn't
matter for people not using RTL8139. I might make this the default
in 4.2.11.
