etherboot using Accton Cheetah PCI Adaptor

(I have etherboot working fine on another configuration, which uses an 
old 486 with a wd8003 card... - used this for testing setup. ).

From the log files on the server :

On the console, it says it is trying to get the correct file :

/tftpboot/vmlinuz.diskless

Where is a good place to look to debug this one...
The server side seems to be fine, its as if the return request is
being corrupted :

A packet sniff/tcpdump gives :

Any suggestions, welcome ?

(I would suggest the problem is in the rtl8139.lzrom driver, 
I load it onto floppy using :

[root@debug1 src-32]# cat floppyload.bin rtl8139.lzrom > /dev/fd0H1440

(I have had working ones with old WD and ne controllers.
