Etherboot 4.4.0 released

I have released Etherboot 4.4.0 at www.slug.org.au/etherboot/

Changes in this release:

Marty Connor reduced the rtl8139 driver footprint. Hopefully there will
be no more memory corruption problems and random behaviour.

Contributed utilities wol.c (Bob Edwards) and wake.pl, for Wake-On-LAN
in contrib/wakeonlan/

Makefile for contrib/3c90xutil. -O is essential for inlining I/O calls.
