Etherboot 4.4.3 released

I have released Etherboot 4.4.3 at http://www.slug.org.au/etherboot/

Major changes in this release:

+ Bob Edwards patched ntulip.c to support 21142/3 Tulip NICs.

+ Klaus Espenlaub made rtl8139.c more reliable, see notes in file.

+ Small bug fixes to main.c, 3c507.c and vendortags.sgml.

+ Fixed ASK_BOOT feature which was was echoing characters twice and not
accepting CR for default selection.

+ Clarified copyrights of files in distribution.
