Etherboot driver for davicom 9102

Hello everybody.
I'm trying to implement an etherboot driver for the davicom 9102
NIC chip but I have some general problems with it. I don't know how to
get the MAC address of the NIC.
What do I have to do to get the MAC address or where can I find some
detailed information about MAC addresses.
