bad kernel layout by mknbi-linux for vga=ask

Hi !

  Problem with VGA=ASK ...

  arch/i386/boot/video.S save screen at the end of kernel setup code - 
label modelist at end of setup.S.

  Netboot linux loader save at the end of kernel setup command line, and
then routine store_screen save video ram over cmd line.

  At the begin of setup.S are variables to detect if heap is available and
how much memory available.

  I think, that is necessary little change layout of loaded kernel, or
betr setup variables at begin of kernel setup code before call it.
