Etherboot 4.4.5 released

I have released Etherboot 4.4.5 at http://www.slug.org.au/etherboot/
Changes in thie release:

+ Shusuke Nisiyama contributed a 3c595 (and may work for 3c590) driver.

+ Fukuhara Makoto supplied a patch for 4.4.4 for FreeBSD ELF booting
with large tftp blocks which I missed putting in.

+ Small patch by Marty Connor to tulip.c to handle fast Tulips better.

+ Wrote small loader to load images from .com files.
