486 floppyboot & NI6510 followup

On both my 486s I had disabled both COM ports.
This gives older NIC doing only IRQ 3,4,5,9 more IRQ choice

This weekend I'll try commenting out
CFLAGS32+=    -DCONSOLE_DUAL -DCOMCONSOLE=0x3f8 -DCONSPEED=57600
to see if 4.5.6 floppyboot will function again on the 486s


When 4.5.6 floppyboot works I'll give ni6510 a 2nd test
