Etherboot moving to sourceforge.net

I am pleased to announce that the Etherboot web site will be moving
to sourceforge.net. The Sourceforge site has more facilities for Open
Source development. In the coming weeks I hope to learn to adminster
the various features offered and allow developers greater access to the
source. I have placed a copy of the current site at:

	http://etherboot.sourceforge.net/

Please bookmark this. The next release, 4.5.7, will be placed on both
sites, but I hope by 4.6, etherboot.sourceforge.net will be the main site.
