Problems with NEPCI/RTL8029 (computer hangs)

Hi,
	I tried my Longshine NE2000 compatible PCI cards with the new
NEPCI code from 4.6.X, but the computer hangs after diplaying:

Found Realtek 8029 ...
Probing ... [NE2000/PCI]

I tried it with several socket 7 boards (Ali, VX (Gigabyte, QDI), HX ...

Any ideas?
