Yes, it was when I released 4.6.0 that I noticed that the Linux setup
block in 4.5.5 had code by Klaus Espenlaub to handle serial consoles.
Not wishing to maintain serial code in both Etherboot and the setup
block, I removed the code in the setup block. It just means that if you
use serial console you won't see the copyright messages from the setup
block, not a big deal. 4.5 releases were developmental so a glitch or
two is expected.
