Davicom and Etherboot

Hello List,

I have a few motherboards w/ Davicom 9102 cards built into them. The
documentation says that the vanilla Tulip driver should work, but upon
booting I receive

Probing...[Tulip]No adapter found<sleep>

...and yes the NIC is enabled in the BIOS. Anyone know what driver I can
use from the Etherboot package?
