Do you have a vaild NFS server config file `/etc/exports' ? I don't know, if Linux uses a default like 'tftpboot/<ip-xxx>' or if it is a default for the bootp/dhcp. Finally the linux kernel must be told the nfsroot (from bootp/dhcp, like rp=). With friendly regards Christoph P.
