netboot problem

Hallo list!

I'm trying to bring bootp alive but bootptest always says:
no response from eins [my server].

inetd.conf reads:
#
tftp	dgram   udp     wait    root	/usr/sbin/tcpd tftpd -s /var/tftboot
bootps	dgram	udp	wait	root	/usr/sbin/tcpd bootpd
#

netstat says: 
udp        0      0 *:bootps                *:*                                 

bootptab reads:
.default:\
	:ht=ethernet:\
	:sm=255.255.255.0:\
	:dn=ekaiser.de:\
	:hd=/boot:\
	:bf=vmlinuz:\
	:dn=192.168.0.1:
vier:ha=0000b48ad24e:ip=192.168.0.4:tc=.default:

Any idea what's wrong?
