IBM RPL uses different Ethernet frame - 802.2 - which was implemented
in newest kernels, and was not available at the time MARS was written.

I may look at the code, but I cannot promise anything - I do not have
documentation of IBM RPL protocol details. Also, I am not sure about
some details of Linux. I just attepted to write simple program which
should dump 802.2 frames if they are received, and it dumps some frames
which look like 802.2 (start: destination ethernet address=broadcast,
source ethernet address, length (14 bytes less than received - seems
addresses and length are not included), E0 E0 03 (in all packets these
three bytes were the same), IPX header and data.

When I setup boot on workstation (I have one with 3Com's bootrom, on
which I can choose protocol) to use RPL, nothing was received; when
I setup it to use NetWare boot, it received SAP query packets.

Seems either the RPL boot does not use 802.2, or does not send packets
at all, or my program for some reason does not see some kind of 802.2
packets. Any ideas?
