problem with 865G Intel chipset

Hi!

  We have on our laboratory computers with Intel chipset 845 and ethernet
e100 - 82562 chip. All work fine.

  Now we did buy new computer with 865 chipset with e100 - 82562 chip too.
But when is kernel loaded from server with initrd, then hang with "kernel
panic: unable to mount nfs root".

  But when I put in mknbi-linux command line options "-l 0x1000000 " with
fixed address for ramdisk, all work fine.

  Does anybody have any idea where is problem?
