problem with connecting in workgroup with D-Link 538 tx eathernet card in windows98 environment

Hello Friend,

   I have a problem here connecting the systems in the
workgroup using TCP/IP protocol and I am using Lan
card Dlink 538 tx fast eathernet card.
   
  Everything is appeard to be ok but unable to connect
the system in the workgrop...please sove the
problem...i am using internet here...These system are
previouly working in the same environment ..
