compile error! (if duplicated, sorry, please delete it)

hello,
I try to compile and install the lastest version of netboot on my linux(8.0)
machine, but got following error message. Could you help me out?

/bin/sh /misc/missing yacc -d mglparse.y
/misc/missing: /misc/missing: No such file or directory
