Etherboot 4.1pre3 released

Been too long since the last prerelease. :-)

4.1pre3 is at

Note, not linked to main page and bz2 compressed format, not gzip.

Please test and send in your bug reports and contributed software!

Brief summary of changes:

Added option to makerom to change the vendor and device IDs.

Augmented documentation for 2.1 and above kernels. Kernel now wants to
mount /tftpboot/<hostname in bootptab> rather than /tftpboot/<ip address>
as the root FS.

Fixed the in/out macro usage so that it can be compiled under 2.1 kernels.
Small step towards clearing up the argument order confusion inherited
from its FreeBSD origins.

New contributed utility, disnbi for decoding and extracting network
boot images.
