small bug in etherboot-4.1pre10:mknbi-blkdev

Klaus Espenlaub pointed out a small bug in mknbi-blkdev/Makefile.in, it
should read:

TARGET = mknbi-blkdev

or it will overwrite mknbi-linux on make install.

Send in any more problem reports; I'd like to make this the stable version
