First I don't find bootpd programm on Red Hat distribution. So I copied the bootpd from Caldera to the Red Hat. What happems was the TFTP timout message. I found out that this message don't come from in.tftpd . So I take the source from bootpd-2.4.tar.gz and compile this on my new Red Hat 6.0. Now the boot works without error like on our old Caldera Systems also on Red Hat.
