Etherboot 4.6.0 released

I have released Etherboot 4.6.0 at http://etherboot.sourceforge.net/

Please read the LOG file for a complete list of changes.

I hope to make the individual files available via the Sourceforge
CVS server soon. If you wish to join as a project developer and
gain write access to the repository, you will need to register at
http://sourceforge.net first.
