Hi Sorry if I got into a wrong mailing list. I need some inputs on my problems. I got this new NIC using rtl8139c chipset. Since etherboot, does not support it, it tried to use netboot. Going through step by step, I got this error at the end : Enter the full path name of the network driver: /mnt/floppy/Msspkt/msspkt.com Enter command line arguments for network driver: irq=0x9 I/O=0x6100 Do you want to use the ANSI display driver (y/n) [yes] ? Do you want to use the packet driver debugger (y/n) [no] ? Do you want to specify an additional program (y/n) [no] ? Available output file types (floppy image gets always created): (1) Raw binary (2) Image for programming a FlashCard across the network (3) Intel hex (4) Motorola hex (5) Tektronix hex Select the format you wish to use [1]: makerom: size of output file >64kB make[1]: *** [bootrom] Error 37 make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/netboot/makerom' make: *** [bootrom] Error 1 Does this mean netboot does not support a packet driver bigger that 64K? Any help is appreciated.
