Thank's a lot for the answers!

With etherboot I was able to get rid of the diskdrive in my NT workstations.
And with a litte pathing of the mknbi perl source I was able to generate my
boot images.

Donīt know, maybe the mknbi from etherboot (written in perl) works on nt??

You could try out Etherboot images from http://rom-o-matic.net, if your NIC 
is supported by etherboot.
