rom-o-matic executable restarts my machine

Hello everybody,

I have tried to make a floppy bootable image .lzdsk and it works for my
3com 3c509 network card. It connetcs to DHCP server. 
But I need executable file which I can run from DOS. On
http://www.rom-o-matic.com there is also an option to generate COM
executable file. I did that. When DOS is loaded and (MS-DOS 6.20 on PC
386) prompt is shown I execute this file. After a few seconds computer
goes in reboot :(


any ideas what I did wrong ?
