Etherboot NE2000 PCI hangs

I had a user report a hang after successful probing on a Compex RL2000.
There is a define for working around this in the Config. But it occured
to me that it could be a property of that NE2000 clone chip.  So if
people are experiencing similar hangs on other NE2000 PCI cards (Sandor,
I think you were one?) could you please try that define and tell me if
it works and I'll try to generalise the fix.
